Job Purpose

We areseekinga proactive and organised Domestic Desk Team - Packaging & Warehouse professional to support the efficient day-to-day operation of our packaging and warehouse function.

Job Scope

This role plays a key part in ensuring temperature-controlled packaging solutions are prepared to customer requirements, supporting warehouse activities,maintainingaccuratelogisticsrecords, and contributing to the smooth delivery of domestic healthcarelogisticsservices. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and be committed to quality, compliance, and customer service excellence.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare and assemble temperature-controlled packaging solutions in line with customer specifications and operational requirements.

• Maintain packaging and warehouse areas in a clean, organised, compliant, and audit-ready condition.

• Support goods receipt, storage, processing, loading, and unloading activities.

• Accurately update transportation and warehouse management systems for shipment and inventory activities.

• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and associatedlogisticsdocumentation.

• Monitor shipment progress, inventory movement, and operational reports, escalating issues whererequired

• Ensure packaging materials and specialist shipping containers are available to meet operational demand.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational efficiency, compliance, and customer serviceobjectives

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Minimum 2 years' experience within warehouse,logistics, distribution, inventory control, or material handling environments.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, shipment processing, stock control, and inventory movement.
• Experience using warehouse or transportation management systems.

• Knowledge oflogisticsdocumentation, transaction processing, and operational record management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability tomaintainaccuraterecords and data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow procedures, work instructions, and compliance requirements consistently.

Desirable

• Experience within a pharmaceutical or temperature-controlledlogisticsenvironment.
• Previouspackaging and warehouse experience within a regulated industry.
• Forklift licence or certification.
• Dangerous Goods Awareness training.
• Aviation Security Training.
• X-ray DNXCT Screening experience or certification.
• Experience supporting inventory management and stock control activities.
• Continuous improvement mindset with experienceidentifyingoperational efficiencies.
