As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with low-code or no-code platforms to accelerate application customization and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a cloud-based environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
