As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying ETL workflows using Talend ETL tools.
- Strong knowledge of data integration concepts and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Understanding of system performance optimization and release management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Talend ETL.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
