The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable and performs efficiently while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive the evolution of the product is a key aspect of the daily routine.

- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to optimize platform stability and performance through proactive monitoring and improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Analysis and backline experience
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making processes.
- Experience in managing software configurations and integrations within packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that align with business and vendor requirements.
- Skilled in coordinating software release cycles to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical and business challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis and backline
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
