Package Manager – Electrical – Zagreb/EMEA Travel

Location: 50% office 50% travel/customer site based. We have office/Factory in Zagreb, the role requires frequent travel at least 50% to customer sites, throughout EMEA.
Schedule: Full-time

About the Role

Vertiv is hiring a Package Manager – Electrical to support the oversight and coordination of electrical systems throughout key construction and infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll ensure that electrical installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site managers to ensure seamless execution, troubleshoot technical challenges, and help deliver project outcomes that meet our customers’ expectations. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support presales teams with your technical understanding and practical knowledge.
  • Prepare project execution plans and organizational structures.
  • Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and equipment.
  • Provide training and operational support to client personnel.
  • Prepare detailed construction and progress reports, including documentation of issues encountered.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical industry standards, technologies, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and technically strong individual with solid communication skills. You should have:

  • A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. i.e. worked as a Package Manager, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Tester, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with testing and diagnostic equipment used for control and electrical systems.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required (at least 50% of the time).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment

This position includes a combination of office-based work and on-site project coordination across varied environments. You must be able to adapt to changing site conditions and uphold the highest standards of safety at all times.
