Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• Pack and Protect: Carefully wrap, box, and move household items (furniture, heirlooms, clothes) from homes damaged by water, fire, or mold.
• Inventory Control: Use our digital systems to document every item so the homeowner knows their belongings are safe and accounted for.
• Loading & Transport: Safely load the pack-out van and transport items to our cleaning facility.
• Customer Service: Be the face of the company on-site—polite, empathetic, and helpful to people in a crisis.
• Warehouse Support: Help unload and organize the facility to keep the workflow moving

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

• Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
• Desire to continually learn new thin

Team Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $18.00 to $22.00/hour based on experience
