Job Description

Your tasks:

• Coordinate and distribute customer orders into the packing process based on priorities and material availability
• Manage daily order flow and balance workload across packing operations
• Monitor packing capacity and prevent process overload
• Prioritize orders according to customer requirements and operational needs
• Cooperate closely with Sales Order Control, warehouse, and packing teams
• Monitor order progress and adjust priorities when needed
• Identify operational issues such as shortages or bottlenecks and support quick resolution
• Ensure accurate handling of orders in SAP and internal systems

Requirements:

• Secondary education; logistics or supply chain background is an advantage
• Experience in warehouse, packing, or operational environment
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  Good MS Office knowledge; SAP or ERP system experience
• Team player with good communication skills
• English and Czech language on comunication level
• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (launch of the second shift from September 2027)
