职位描述
1、负责电池量产线模组PACK线工艺开发相关工作； 2、负责Pack开发过程中可制造性分析评估，参与产品B/C样工艺开发； 3、按产品开发流程，负责产品B样-SOP+3/+6阶段的量产工艺开发相关工作； 4、负责量产工艺开发过程中相关文件的编写，迭代和管理等相关工作； 5、预研Pack相关制造新工艺， 从而在成本，质量和人力等方面进行改进优化； 6、组织技术成果整理、归档、汇报、交流等工作。
职位要求
1、对动力电池模组/PACK生产工艺、设备和产品性能方面有丰富的经验和深刻的认识； 2、熟悉圆柱/方壳/刀片/软包形式Pack产品相关工艺，在圆柱Pack方面有经验者优先； 3、专业技能匹配需求，理论基础扎实，对成本和异常情况高度敏感，及时发现优化改善机会； 4、对技术趋势有一定前瞻认识，有一定创新思维，能提出创新性想法； 5、认真严谨，对试验过程和结果严格要求，精益求精； 6、有良好的项目管理和沟通协作能力，能够组织和推动项目顺利实施。
