职位描述
1、进行电池Pack设备的机械设计开发工作； 2、选择合适的材料、结构、传动系统和控制系统等，实现设计需求； 3、参与试制、测试及设计改进，确保产品在功能性、可靠性、可制造性与成本控制方面达到最优平衡； 4、设备结构原理分析及2D/3D设计，设备或结构动作时序分析，机械标准件选用，设备BOM清单的整理； 5、制作设备装配SOP，指导设备安装、调试。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机电/机械/设计等相关专业，理论基础扎实，逻辑思维严谨清晰； 2、3年以上锂电设备设计开发工作经历，有现场经验者优先； 3、具备2D，3D设计能力，熟练使用CAD，SOLIDWORKS等设计相关软件； 4、熟悉电池模组/Pack生产线相关涂胶、视觉、焊接等工艺方法应用者优先； 5、具备独立处理问题的能力，有良好的动手能力。
