职位描述
1.Pack潜在合作伙伴准入及定点策划，实施及评估结果的输出； 2.制定Pack APQP开发计划，策划各个节点的工作内容和交付物，主导转阶段DFM、五大工具状态、PPAP策划及实施、制造过程问题清单评审等工作； 3.配合L&L委员会及UQ评估L&L适用性及落地有效性 4.主导合作伙伴偏差评审管理及变更管理，拉通整车进行PTR验证以及电池包断点管理； 5.与合作伙伴对接量产阶段过程质量问题分析和改善，跟踪改善效果, 提升FTY； 6.帮助合作伙伴分析和解决质量改善难点，提升合作伙伴质量管理能力； 7.主导合作伙伴体系、过程和产品等审核； 8.监控和分析制程数据分布和趋势，推动合作伙伴过程改善； 9.组织质量会议，拉通质量目标、考核、评比、反馈、持续改进活动等； 10.推动Pack制程相关零公里和市场质量问题改善。
职位要求
1.全日制本科及以上学历，理工科专业； 2.5年以上电池包合作伙伴质量管理工作经验或电池包研发制造企业内研发/工艺/质量管理工作经验； 3.对电池包工艺制程、质量控制、失效模式分析和改善有深刻认知，能够梳理出相关系统性知识框架和内容，能够主导高效解决相关质量难题； 4.熟练使用Minitab等数据分析软件，熟悉DFM,GD&T； 5.熟悉APQP，PFMEA，CP，MSA，SPC，8D，5why等质量工具，6Sigma优先考虑； 6.良好的心态、抗压能力、沟通能力、较强的数据分析能力和逻辑分析能力，适应长期出差。
