职位描述
1、进行电池Pack量产制造相关尺寸工程开发工作； 2、参与电池产品尺寸目标定义，零件定位基准、公差定义等工作； 3、从工业化可制造性、零件生产成本、质量控制等角度进行产品同步工程SE工作； 4、进行2D/3D尺寸链的概念模拟验证工作，完成基于零件集成策略的工艺路线开发； 5、制定工装、夹具、检具的定位策略及精度控制要求，并输出测点文件； 6、按产品开发流程，主导新产品C样-SOP+3/+6阶段的尺寸工程相关工作； 7、技术成果总结、分享、转化及标准化工作。
职位要求
1、对动力电池Pack生产工艺、设备和产品性能方面有丰富的经验和深刻的认识； 2、有开展尺寸工程前期开发和工业化规划、调试、生产的5年以上工作经验； 3、熟悉DTS、GD&T、MCP等知识内容，掌握尺寸工程的工作流程和工作方法，熟练CATIA等汽车行业软件； 4、 熟练进行二维尺寸链分析，并会使用3DCS和/或VSA； 5、有良好的项目管理和沟通协作能力，能够组织和推动项目顺利实施； 6、认真严谨，对试验过程和结果严格要求，精益求精； 7、具备良好的动手能力和抗压能力。
