About the RoleJob

Summary:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the daily clinical and non-clinical operations of the PACE clinic. This role ensures the smooth flow of participant visits, maintains oversight of clinical staffing and processes, oversees clinic cleanliness and functionality, and supervises front-line support staff and some additional licensed professional staff. While hands-on clinical care is not the primary focus, the Clinic Manager may frequently and infrequently assist with direct participant care. The role supports an efficient, safe, and participant-centered clinic environment.
Education, Licenses, Certifications and

Experience:
- Current  Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing required.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a medical leadership capacity
- Experience working with the elderly or in a PACE or geriatric setting is strongly preferred.
