Willdan Financial Services has an opening for an Analyst Assistant in our Temecula office.
Under close supervision, the PACE Analyst Assistant will provide essential administrative support, with a strong focus on working with spreadsheets and meeting strict deadlines. Responsibilities include data entry, database management, and the regular use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. They will work independently as well as collaborate with team members and external sources to research, analyze, and draft reports. The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing and organizational skills, demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong reconciliation skills are highly preferred.
The Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) division of Willdan Financial Services oversees the ongoing day-to-day operations associated with the long-term collection of bonded assessments for clean energy improvements to residential and commercial properties. This work demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and timely, knowledgeable execution. The PACE Team is committed to supporting our clients by ensuring consistent and effective collection efforts for their long-term projects.
