Responsibilities

Primavera P6 and SmartPM Administration

  • Administer, configure, maintain, and support Primavera P6 EPPM and Professional, SmartPM and related scheduling environments.
  • Maintain access protocols and process access requests to Primavera P6 and SmartPM
  • Configure and manage user accounts, security profiles, permissions, application settings for EPS, OBS, calendars, codes, layouts, and global settings.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
  • Maintain data integrity and governance standards.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Support integrations with Oracle Team Member, Microsoft Project, Acumen, Smart PM, ERP, SharePoint, Power BI, and other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate vendor support.
  • Develop documentation, standards, and training materials.

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities

  • Partner with Construction Operations, Project Controls, Finance, and IT to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Lead solution design sessions with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and production deployments.
  • Develop workflow diagrams, process documentation, and user stories.

Construction Application Management

  • Administer and support construction applications including Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, Oracle Aconex, Bluebeam, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Power Platform, document management, field management, safety, quality, and mobile construction applications.
  • Manage user provisioning, security, licensing, configurations, reporting, integrations, vendor relationships, release testing, and user training.

Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead application implementation projects.
  • Identify automation opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting metrics.
  • Participate in governance and maintain application roadmaps.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years administering Primavera P6.
  • 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications.
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, or capital project organizations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Primavera P6 Certified Professional.
  • PMP, CBAP, or CCBA certifications.
  • Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, and Power Platform experience.
  • Experience with ERP integrations and ITIL practices.
