  • Track workstream costs, change requests, data, and spend analytics, and support forecasting and approvals
  • Apply knowledge of source‑to‑contract and procure‑to‑pay processes to shape project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Engage procurement leadership (e.g., CPO, category leads, legal, and finance stakeholders) to ensure alignment and decision‑making
  • Build and manage project plans, governance artefacts, RAID logs, and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, finance, operations, and IT
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and benefits realisation
  • Support and facilitate P3M workshops with client stakeholders
  • Provide clear and structured updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees
  • Manage project-level change without disrupting business operations
  • Contribute to client proposals, thought leadership, procurement transformation propositions, and wider practice development activities, with increasing ownership depending on experience
  • Coach and support junior consultants in delivery roles

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies
  • Awareness of procurement operating models and process design (S2C / P2P)
  • Experience engaging procurement leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders such as legal, finance, and category teams

  • Sourcing and commercial negotiation capability
  • Understanding of responsible procurement practices, including sustainability, supplier risk, and regulatory considerations
  • Experience in regulated procurement is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proven experience delivering procurement transformation initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organisational, and delivery management capabilities
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Adaptability and willingness to work across different client environments
  • PM / P3M certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
  • Previous consulting experience is advantageous

About BIP

A network of thinkers, creatives and creators. An ecosystem made of insights, skills and research. Skeptical by nature and optimistic by education - we do not believe in pre-packaged solutions and we conceive of consultancy as a tailored product, which enhances the strength of our customers, opening up new opportunities.

We are men and women of thought, who build, plan, actualize. Probably one of the most curious minds you will ever work with.

We are in the business of ideas but we know that ideas alone are not enough to change a market - you have to turn them into projects, putting your hands and heart into it.

The status quo is meant to be turned upside down for the benefit of our customers. There is no choice that is not crucial. It will seem extreme, perhaps, but if we had not been radical in our choices, we would not be here. To exist is to dare and we dare, together with our customers, from day one.
