Salary range: £95,000-£105,000
Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

Due to our growth, we are seeking 2 experienced Senior Defence Leaders with either Maritime or Aerospace experience to join our team as a Principal Consultant and to manage delivery of complex, high-value programmes for our strategic defence clients. This is a rare opportunity to join Frazer-Nash at a critical time in the evolving defence landscape, combining innovation, and operational delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in building stakeholder confidence at the highest levels, delivering critical capability, and leading effective teams in changing and complex environments.
You are a visionary and delivery-focused individual with extensive experience and sector knowledge across defence aerospace or maritime, effective stakeholder engagement skills, including engaging with executives.
This role offers the opportunity to operate in a highly advanced area of defence aerospace, leading programmes that directly define future capability. You will work alongside senior leaders across government, industry, and international partners, with the chance to make a real contribution.
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
