Job Purpose
We are looking for a P2P Planner to join our LSCM Team. In this role, you will act as a key interface between strategic customers, Sales KAMs, and internal supply chain team, ensuring end-to-end planning excellence across demand, inventory, order fulfilment, and logistics processes. This is temporary contract for 1,5 year.
Responsibilities
Customer Collaboration & Governance
Act as Logistics Key Account for strategic customers
Lead weekly operational reviews and planning alignment
Build strong customer relationships and planning models
Manage governance routines, KPIs, and SLAs
End-to-End Planning & Execution
Manage full order lifecycle (contracts, call-offs, deliveries
Optimize availability using planning tools (OMP, SAP, ADEX)
Monitor orders, allocations, backorders, and service risks
Demand & Inventory Planning
Collaborate with customers to integrate sales, stock, and market signals into forecasting processes
Support customers in optimizing their inventory level through proactive collaboration, data insights, and planning alignment
Actively influence customer behaviour to improve demand quality, forecast accuracy, and inventory health
Ensure alignment between customer demand and Bridgestone supply capabilities by maintaining accurate DRP signals and clean demand in OMP
Work closely with DRP Planning team to secure proper stock availability in the network and ensure consistent replenishment flows
Transport & Logistics Coordination
Plan direct shipments from production
Manage delivery slots and resolve logistics issues
Ensure delivery performance and reliability
Continuous Improvement
Analyse KPIs (OTIF, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy)
Drive root cause analysis and process improvements
Support B-Direct transformation initiatives
Requirements
Experience in Supply Chain / Planning / Logistics / Customer Service
Good understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes
Experience in managing strategic customers in a customer-centric supply chain environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
Experience with SAP (SD/MM) and planning tools (OMP is a plus)
Advanced Excel skills (analysis, reporting)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
English proficiency (B2 or higher)
Nice to Have
Experience with ADEX or advanced planning tools
Knowledge of consignment or direct shipment models (ODS, STO/STR)
Familiarity with automation, reporting tools or Power BI
