P1 - Technical/Installation - User Infrastructure (Medior)

Digipolis Antwerp is looking for a Medior User Infrastructure Specialist to support the operational management and stability of the digital workplace environment as part of the Secure Workplace 2.0 transformation program.

You will join the Workplace Team and help maintain, secure, and optimize enterprise workplace services while internal experts focus on strategic transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational IT support experience in Microsoft workplace environments who enjoys working in a structured enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-line and third-line support for workplace-related incidents and requests
• Manage and support Microsoft workplace environments and endpoint infrastructure
• Support device management and policy configuration using Microsoft Intune
• Follow up on incidents and problems within the workplace domain
• Contribute to operational stability, process improvements, and service quality
• Assist with documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal Workplace Team members and stakeholders
• Support operational continuity for enterprise digital workplace services
• Help improve RUN operations through proactive optimization suggestions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in User Infrastructure or Workplace Support roles
• Strong experience in second-line and/or third-line IT support
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows workplace management
• Practical experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience supporting enterprise workplace components:
  • PCs and laptops
  • Mobile devices
  • Printers and scanners
  • EDM/workplace peripherals
• Good understanding of ITIL-based processes such as incident and problem management
• Basic understanding of enterprise IT security and compliance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience in governmental or public-sector environments
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Experience with workplace automation and software distribution
• Understanding of endpoint security and device hardening
• Knowledge of additional operating systems such as macOS or iOS
• Experience working in environments with strict SLA requirements
• Familiarity with change and configuration management tools
• Experience with self-service portals and business platforms

• Full-time role (100%)
• On-site position in Antwerp
• Long-term assignment until July 2027, with possible extension
