Job Description

Maintain plant operations through the availability and performance of equipment and machinery in your assigned area, in order to meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined for your area of ​​responsibility, such as safety, operational efficiency, quality, costs, and environmental compliance. Supervise daily production and ensure product quality through the proper functioning of equipment, and ensure its repair and maintenance during production downtime. Manage spare parts, troubleshoot equipment failures, implement improvements, and optimize performance. Ensure compliance with all audits related to your assigned area.

Qualifications

Accomplish with the OPE objective trough the machines availability of his area of responsability

Identify and develop of projects at his area that help to the Transformation cost by unit of the Paint Shop

Ensure the quality through the parameter accomplishment and performance of the critical machines.

Ensure a safety work environment for his area and the plant operation,accomplisthing with the LTIR and TRIR KPIs

Apply SPW methodology, ensure EWOS closure, eliminate microstops and breakdowns, detect and eliminate losses daily

"Ensure compliance with standard and keys maintenance activities of his machines or area assigned"

Follow up the proyects for maintenance cost reduccion of Micro Stop and energy savings

Responsible for management of technical team members to ensure the operation of the plant durig his shift

Responsible for maintaining maintenance costs according to budget

Responsible for increasing technical skills to reduce MTTR follow up the technical skill matrix
