Job Description

What to Expect

Tesla is on a mission to build a world of amazing abundance. With record-breaking growth over the years,

the EMEA Ownership & Loyalty Team is looking for a Project Manager ready to help grow the success of

owner renewals and loyalty across the entire region. Our current owners are the best advocates of the Tesla story. Keeping them engaged, satisfied & retained is therefore critical to us.

As Ownership & Loyalty Project Manager, you will be a part of the operational and strategic backbone of the program: operationally grounded, forward-looking and relentlessly analytical. You will support on both the internal engine of OLP (campaigns, segmentation, performance, process) and the external ecosystem that makes it scale (Sales Programs, Financial Services, Service, Customer Engagement, Used Cars, AI).

This is a hybrid role for an aspiring leader who combines a hybrid analytical / engineering background, rooted into business operations and mindset.

This role based in Switzerland (Zug), and will report directly to the OLP Operations Lead of EMEA, sitting at the crossroads of EMEA leadership, HQ functions and the field.

What You’ll Do

  • Ramp up the program end-to-end: Carry EMEA renewal and loyalty performance as your own internal startup. Own the operating system — quarterly and one-off campaign cadence & enrichment, and a tight field feedback loop to maximize campaign success
  • Build the analytical engine: Drive customer segmentation, prioritization efforts and performance reporting — injecting AI where it moves the needle to multiply your impact
  • Orchestrate the external ecosystem: Partner with Financial Services, Sales Programs, Business Planning, Aftersales Service, Marketing, Used Cars to drive progress across the whole Tesla EMEA organization
  • Improve the operating model: Continuously improve processes and workflows — from survey action points to digital roadmap inputs (gather, prioritize, and ensure delivery matches intent)
  • Advise & support Leaders: Act as a trusted, quantitative, concise and reliable partner to senior leaders
  • Clear roadblocks across HQ and markets, implement process changes, and turn frontline feedback into a better owner renewal experience
  • Achieve targets: Actively contribute to sales & delivery goals to help meet and exceed renewal & retention rate targets. Your success will be measurable, visible & celebrated

What You’ll Bring

  • Education in Engineering, Computer and/or Data Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Experience in data processing methods (e.g. building ETLs). Must be an advocate of the new AI tools at hand that enable scaled impact and speed. Excel mastery, while exposure to tools like SQL and Python is a strong plus
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, in particular the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a comprehensive way to C-level and non-experts in other areas
  • Proven track record in delivering change, process improvement, and root cause analytics
  • Ability to keep the bigger picture in mind, bringing a hybrid strategic and analytical mentality, and a can-do attitude, positive, pragmatic, action driven mindset
  • Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional programs — with the organizational and process mindset, fit to drive a new operating model at regional scale
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
