Job Description

Commercial Real Estate Owner and Developer is seeking an Owner’s Representative in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee development projects and act as the primary liaison between Owner and architects, general contractors, engineers, and municipal authorities
• Monitor expenses and efficiently manage project budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Project inspections and quality control
• Identify risk and potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage project closeout items

Qualifications include:

• BS in a Construction related field preferred
• Commercial Construction experience required
• Proficiency in reading construction documents, blueprints, and understanding building codes
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
