Job Description

As an Owner Services International Coordinator, you contributions help ensure a seamless experience for our Owners, creating an atmosphere with foresight to anticipate their every need for travel. You must be able to focus on research and remain service oriented, while communicating effectively to all team members to be a successful OS International Coordinator.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Provide world-class service during every interaction with our clientele.
• Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls and E-mails and ensure a timely reply.
• Proactively manage and communicate with the Owner Services International Specialists on any day of flight adjustments, delays, or other potential disservice concerns
• Coordinate with other departments or outside agencies to confirm the arrival of ground transportation and catering.
• Communicate tail number and aircraft updates to clientele.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requested.
• Show flexibility in adapting to a continually changing industry.

Qualifications

• The ability to work in a team atmosphere and manage a flexible schedule.
• 1-3 years of Aviation experience is a plus.
• Experience with global travel and geography is a plus.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Effective listening skills for telephone conversations
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to finish any given task to completion.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of Flexjet’s products and programs.
• Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly and manage many requests in a demanding environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level.
• Ability to adapt to a unique work schedule.
