The Sr. Analyst, Owner Reporting is responsible for managed client financial planning, including creating and presenting managed client operating budgets and financial workbooks. In addition, the Sr. Analyst creates and presents client operations summaries, and non-standard or customized analysis and reporting. This role will work with other departments including HR, Maintenance, and Operations at EJM and will also include corporate FP&A analysis.
• Manage client workbooks and provide monthly or quarterly client workbook updates. These updates include budget updates and variance analysis in addition to summary updates, operational updates, and additional analysis or reporting as requested or customized for each client.
• Creates annual operating budgets for new and existing managed clients and occasionally sales prospects.
• Understands aircraft expenses to level that is suitable to discuss with both new and existing clients.
• Updates monthly budget and operations reporting including variance analysis.
• Updates monthly client operations reporting
• Possesses the ability to create new reporting solutions to unique client requests
• Provides and presents business review materials to support various parties engaged in client meetings and ad hoc requests.
• Utilizes critical thinking and logic skills to solve client requests.

• Proven ability to draw unique insights from data and information.
• Proven experience leading strategic projects in the sales/account management functions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to constantly changing situations.

• Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures of financial planning & analysis.
• Proven experience with excel, access and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Aviation experience also preferred.
• 3-5 years’ work experience, in financial/operation analysis and/or planning environment.
• Tableau report building required
