Responsibilities

Responsible for the design and production of social-oriented advertising videos for overseas social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, balancing brand tone with social virality, and breaking away from traditional feed ad thinking.
Collect and understand the creative direction provided by the operations/planning team, from sourcing raw materials (e.g., meme remixes, online assets, BGM, copywriting) to design, production, editing, packaging, subtitling, sound design, and final delivery. Ensure high-quality and timely completion of social video material demands through creative and technical skills.
Deeply monitor the content ecosystem and trending dynamics of overseas social media. Keenly capture viral memes, viral formats, visual trends, and creative content developments in the AI field on platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, and YT Shorts. Translate social language into advertising creativity to continuously produce materials with social spreadability.
Combine social media data feedback (CTR / Completion Rate / Share Rate / Engagement Rate / Conversion Rate) to analyze the creative logic and hooks behind high-converting materials, and solidify a creative methodology for social-oriented advertising.
Manage materials in batches, transforming high-quality social creative ideas and meme-driven playstyles into reusable creative libraries or SOPs, and assist in the production of AI-generated materials.
Collaborate with the social media growth team, working side-by-side with 3D designers to rapidly produce diverse creative social media ads and validate the best creative directions and expression forms.

1. 负责 Instagram/Facebook/TikTok等海外社媒平台的 Social 向广告视频的设计与制作,兼顾品牌调性与社交传播属性,跳出传统信息流广告思维;
2. 搜集并理解运营策划给出的创意方向,从原始素材收集(如热梗二创、网络素材、BGM、文案),到设计制作、剪辑包装、字幕配乐、音效并最终交付,通过创意能力与技术手段保质保量地完成社交向视频素材的制作需求;
3. 深度关注海外社媒内容生态与流行趋势,敏锐捕捉 TikTok/IG Reels/YT Shorts 等平台的网络热梗、病毒式传播形式、视觉风潮及 AI 领域的创意内容动态,将社交语言转化为广告创意,持续产出具有社交传播力的素材;
4. 结合社媒数据反馈(CTR / 完播率 / 分享率 / 互动率/ 转化率),复盘高转化素材的创意逻辑与钩子,沉淀 Social 向广告的创意方法论;
5. 素材批量化管理,将优质社交创意与热梗玩法形成可复用的创意库或 SOP,协助 AI 素材的生产制作;
6. 配合社媒增长团队,与3D设计师并肩协作,快速产出多元化的创意社媒广告,验证最佳创意方向与表达形式。
Qualifications
Requirements:​
Educational & Professional Background:​ Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of experience in overseas short video / advertising video production (experience in social-oriented or AI product content is preferred). Possess good design aesthetics and solid foundational skills. Background in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Film & Television, New Media, Advertising, or related fields is preferred.
Technical Skills:​ Proficient in tools like CapCut / After Effects / Premiere Pro and Photoshop / Illustrator. Experienced in using AI tools for image and video generation workflows (e.g., Nanobana, Jidream, Kling, Veo3). Familiarity with Figma / DaVinci Resolve / Blender and other DCC tools for basic 3D modeling is a plus.
Creativity & Social Acumen:​ Possess a good sense of editing rhythm and audiovisual aesthetics, with solid skills in text and motion graphics packaging. Exhibit strong social sense, be deeply immersed in overseas social media, and have a high sensitivity to internet memes, viral videos, and popular expressions. Passionate about and follow creative content and industry trends in the AI field.
Communication & Collaboration:​ Understand the meaning of advertising metrics and have studied and considered the online interaction behaviors of overseas users. Able to comprehend and translate creative scripts into concrete visual language, work closely with 3D designers to prepare necessary pre-production materials, possess good communication skills and a team-oriented spirit, and actively accept feedback and iterate quickly.
Language Skills:​ Possess basic English reading skills, capable of translating advertising copy, following overseas social media trends, design resources, and AI industry news.

Bonus Points:​ Overseas living / study experience, deep involvement in overseas social media, unique understanding of memes and viral spread, experience in social-oriented video advertising.

1. 专业背景: 本科及以上学历;2 年及以上海外短视频 / 广告视频制作经验(有 Social 向、AI 产品经验优先);拥有良好的设计审美及扎实的专业基础,视觉、美术、影视、新媒体、广告相关专业优先;
2. 技术能力: 熟练掌握剪映 / After Effects/Premiere Pro 和 Photoshop/Illustrator,对 AI 工具生图生视频工作流使用熟练,例如Nanobana/ 即梦 / Kling/Veo3 等;熟悉 Figma / 达芬奇 / Blender等DCC基础三维建模者加分;
3. 创意与网感: 具备良好的剪辑节奏感与视听语言审美,文字、动效包装能力扎实;具备强 Social sense,长期浸泡海外社媒,对网络热梗、病毒视频、流行表达有高度敏感度,热爱并关注 AI 领域的创意内容与行业动态;
4. 沟通与协作: 了解广告指标的含义,对海外用户的网络互动行为有研究及思考;能理解并转化创意脚本,落地为具体的视觉语言,与3D设计师紧密协作,将视频所需前期物料准备完善。具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能积极接受反馈并快速迭代;
5. 语言能力: 具备基础的英语阅读能力,能够翻译广告文案、关注海外社媒趋势、设计资源与AI行业资讯等。
