HangzhouExperiencedFull-time Responsibilities
1. Global market development: Focus on core industries such as global gaming (R&D and outsourcing pipelines), film and animation, desktop manufacturing (3D printing/device community), trendy game design, and XR, and accurately acquire customers through Outbound (proactive) strategies, comprehensively covering overseas markets.
2. High conversion lead follow-up: Efficiently undertake and convert high-value inbound leads brought by global market activities, leading the full cycle closed-loop (Lead to Cash) from initial technical docking, business negotiations, contract signing to first-year payment collection.
3. Independent technical consultant style sales: With a keen technical sense, independently conduct Tripo's core function demonstrations and product solution presentations. Being able to accurately evaluate the compatibility of customers' existing R&D pipelines with 3D AI capabilities, and independently filter and screen high-value business opportunities.
4. Business model transfer: Focus on developing new customers and realizing their first year of commercial value, and work with the operations team to smoothly and seamlessly hand over customers to the Customer Success (CSM) team at critical points in the customer lifecycle, ensuring long-term customer retention and ecological prosperity.

2. 高转化线索跟进:高效承接并转化全球市场活动带来的高价值 Inbound(入站)线索,主导从首次技术对接、商务谈判、合同签署到首年款项催收的全周期闭环(Lead-to-Cash)。
3.独立技术顾问式销售:凭借敏锐的技术嗅觉,独立进行 Tripo 的核心功能演示与产品方案宣讲。能够精准评估客户现有研发管线与 3D AI 能力的适配度,自主过滤并筛选高价值商机。
4.商业模式流转:专注于新客户的开拓与首年商业价值落地,并在客户生命周期关键节点,配合运营职能团队将客户平稳、无缝地移交给客户成功(CSM)团队,确保客户的长期留存与生态繁荣。
Qualifications
1. Successful overseas B2B experience: More than 5 years of sales experience in overseas B2B enterprise level services or SaaS products, with sales background in overseas game engines/tools (Unity/Unreal), 3D software (Blender/Maya, etc.), cloud computing or cloud native API infrastructure preferred.
2. International landing ability: Possessing native level English (or related language) business negotiation and content writing skills, with overseas study/work background, or experience in developing global software markets is preferred.
3. Self driven and stress resistant: Possess strong goal orientation and self driven habits, able to adapt to remote/collaborative work environments across time zones and cultures, and have the ability to achieve results in industries that are fuzzy and rapidly changing.
Bonus points:
Having strong technical learning and understanding abilities, able to smoothly read API technical documentation, understand the basic technical logic of 3D asset generation (topology, mesh, texture mapping), and be able to have simultaneous conversations with customer technical experts.
