Overseas Network Development & Construction Manager - EuropeDiemenFull-timeSales - Sales managementResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Channel Development:
Assist Country teams in completing the entire process, from lead generation and partner evaluation to business negotiations, contract signing, and store approval submissions.
Deeply understand and communicate XPeng's partnership policies, standards, and vision to attract and select high-quality partners who share our values.
New Showrooms:
Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure that new outlets meet XPeng's SI standards, budget, and timeline requirements throughout the process from design and construction to inspection and pre-opening preparation.
Manage project timelines, resolve issues during construction, and ensure delivery quality.
Existing Network Optimization and Upgrades:
Regularly assess the store performance of the existing network, propose and drive network optimization, relocation, or upgrade plans.
Assist in maintaining relationships with existing partners and coordinate major issue resolutions to support stable network operations.
Cross-Department Collaboration and Enablement:
Act as a key liaison with sales, marketing, after-sales, user operations, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new outlets into the company's operational system.
Provide pre-opening enablement for new outlets to ensure teams understand XPeng's brand philosophy, product knowledge, and service processes.QualificationsBasic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in automotive engineering or related fields.
At least 5-8 years of automotive industry experience, with 5+ years focused on channel development, network planning, or retail expansion. Experience in new energy or luxury brands is preferred.
Proven experience in successful nationwide or large-scale channel network development from scratch or large-scale optimization projects.

Strong Project Management and Execution Skills: Capable of managing multiple complex development projects simultaneously, ensuring key milestones are met.
Data Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in using data tools for market analysis and network diagnostics, with the ability to propose effective solutions.
Resilience and Adaptability: Able to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced work environment and adapt to frequent travel across Europe.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive network resources in luxury automotive brands (e.g., BBA, Tesla) or emerging EV manufacturers' channel development.
Deep understanding and practical experience with new retail models such as direct sales and agency models.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are required. Proficiency in German will be considered a strong advantage.
