Product Advisor Scrum Lead Rail Module

Location Houston Hybrid

Role Type Product Agile Delivery Leadership

Lead product strategy and Agile delivery for the Rail Logistics module within ExxonMobils Supply Chain ecosystem

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams ensuring delivery of high value scalable solutions through effective backlog management and Scrum leadership

Key Responsibilities

Product Advisory

Define product vision roadmap and priorities aligned to Rail operations

Translate business needs into epics features and user stories

Own and prioritize the product backlog for maximum business value

Scrum Agile Leadership

Lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master Scrum Lead

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies planning standups reviews retrospectives

Ensure adherence to DoR DoD and Agile best practices

Drive team velocity predictability and continuous improvement

Stakeholder Delivery Coordination

Act as SPOC for Rail module delivery

Manage crossteam dependencies across Supply Chain systems

Provide visibility on progress risks and delivery metrics

Governance Metrics

Track sprintrelease metrics velocity burndown

Ensure alignment with Agile governance and ExxonMobil delivery standards

Required Experience

10 years overall 5 years in Agile Scrum roles

Experience as Scrum Master Product OwnerAdvisor preferred hybrid

Strong expertise in

o Backlog management prioritization

o Stakeholder management

o Agile tools JIRA Azure DevOps

Domain Expertise

Supply Chain Logistics Rail preferred

Experience in

o Shipment tracking scheduling asset utilization

o Integration with enterprise data platforms
