Manage endtoend projects involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Personalization ensuring timely and highquality delivery Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows lead scoring models and customer segmentation strategies Provide expert guidance and mentorship to crossfunctional teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and best practices Collaborate closely with IT marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to business users to maximize platform utilization Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience Drive adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features to enhance customer engagement and retention
