Nearshore Salesforce Developer Sales Cloud Focus with CRM Analytics Expertise
This hybrid role combines advanced Salesforce development expertise with deep analytics capabilities to deliver endtoend solutions for sales operations The individual will design build and optimize Salesforce applications while leveraging CRM Analytics Tableau CRM to provide actionable insights for datadriven decisionmaking
Key Responsibilities
Custom Development Configuration
o Build and maintain custom applications triggers classes and components using Apex Flows Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
o Configure and customize Sales Cloud features including lead and opportunity management forecasting and reporting
o Design and implement complex data models and relationships
o Manage profiles roles and permission sets to ensure security and compliance
o Create advanced flows and automate business processes without code
Integration Deployment
o Develop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems
o Manage deployments via CICD pipelines and DevOps tools
o Perform unit testing and ensure scalability and performance optimization of custom code
Analytics Insights
o Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics Tableau CRM
o Create predictive models and define KPIs to monitor business performance
o Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions
o Integrate Salesforce data with external sources and manage ETL processes
o Ensure data integrity security and compliance within analytics environments
Collaboration Documentation
o Work closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
o Produce technical documentation and maintain best practices
o Collaborate in Agile development environments
Required Skill Set
Strong programming skills Apex JavaScript SOQLSOSL
Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics Tableau CRM including dataflows recipes and SAQL
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks
Experience with CICD pipelines version control and DevOps tools
Proficiency in ETL processes and external data integration
Knowledge of dynamic forms Lightning App Builder validation rules approval processes and custom objects
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
