    • Tracking key information for handoff to daytime teams

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Be the steady, reassuring presence for individuals in urgent situations
  • Join a collaborative, mission-driven team doing meaningful work every day (and night)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Awake overnight schedule (exact hours determined by program needs)
  • Fully remote work, with required availability for all scheduled overnight hours
  • Must have reliable internet and a private, professional workspace

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in crisis or human services work
  • Experience may include: crisis services, residential care, case management, CPS, warm lines, special education, or developmental disability services (including internships/volunteer roles)
  • Ability to obtain MHRT/CSP certification within 30 days (training provided)
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to think critically, triage effectively, and remain composed under pressure
  • Comfort working independently overnight while staying connected to a team

Preferred:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with DSM and crisis response protocols
  • Strong technical skills and experience with electronic documentation systems

Additional Requirements

  • Availability for consistent overnight (awake) shifts, including some weekends/holidays
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and systems in a fully remote environment
  • Successful completion of required background checks

Who You Are

You’re someone who:

  • Thrives during overnight hours and can stay engaged and responsive throughout your shift
  • Brings calm, clarity, and compassion to intense situations
  • Works well independently while staying connected to a broader team
  • Communicates clearly and makes sound, timely decisions
  • Is motivated by helping people through some of their most difficult moments
