Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring an Overnight Porter / Housekeeper in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail environment by performing housekeeping, cleaning, restroom maintenance, and general porter duties.

No experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: St Paul, MN

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay on Friday

Shift Schedule:

• 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
• Consistent 5-Day Schedule
• Days Off: Monday & Friday
• Overnight Shift
• Stable Year-Round Employment

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum assigned areas
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Clean entrances, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment safely
• Follow cleaning schedules and task assignments
• Help maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and employees

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, porter, custodial, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
