Qualifications: About the Role:
Our trained professionals provide free, immediate, and confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because help shouldn’t have to wait. We deliver intensive, compassionate care to individuals who experience acute mental health symptoms of substance use withdrawal, meeting people where they are in moment or crisis and transition.
Our Acute Treatment Unit (ATU) is a safe, treatment-centered environment designed for individuals in crisis. With 24/7 medical supervision and consultation, ATU offers comprehensive support focused on stabilization, safety, and the first steps toward recovery.
Our Withdrawal Management (Detox) program operates around the clock, serving individuals who are intoxicated, actively withdrawing, or at risk of withdrawal. We prioritize dignity, safety, and evidence-based care during someone the most vulnerable moments of a person’s recovery journey.
This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
