✅ What You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience
Ability to work the 11pm–7am shift with a rotating weekend schedule
General knowledge of basic building maintenance
Security experience is highly preferred
Comfortable being called in for snow removal assistance during winter

As an Overnight Maintenance Technician, you’ll handle a variety of routine maintenance tasks, respond to overnight service requests, monitor for any building or security concerns, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff during the night hours.
