About the role
Basic Purpose:Take guest in-room dining orders and execute thedelivery of orders according to Four Seasons Standards
What you will do
Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order; transport items to the guestroomin a timely mannerto ensure proper food quality.
Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations
Anticipate guest needs,ascertainsatisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Properly and accurately close guestcheckssecuring room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
Set up the lobby coffee service and ensure specialty coffee machine is in working order. Input all breakfastpre ordersinto Micros and complete the dry setup of them. Ensure the AM team is set up for success by completing AM shift miseenplace. Complete any final prep work

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
What you bring
Previous experience working Overnight shifts required
At least one year of food service highly preferred
Excellent English verbal and written skills
The ability to communicate in a warm and friendly manner over the telephone
The ability to keep an organized work area and prioritize guest requests in a detail-oriented manner
The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekendsand holidays
