The Opportunity

Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for an Overnight House Attendant supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a unique blend of luxury hospitality and modern European-inspired design, serving Silicon Valley's business travelers, innovators, and visitors from around the world.

During the overnight hours, our House Attendants play a critical role in ensuring the campus is clean, organized, well-stocked, and prepared for the next day’s arrivals, events, and guest experiences. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals who thrive working independently while supporting multiple departments behind the scenes.

As an Overnight House Attendant, You'll:

• Support Housekeeping, Banquets, and Engineering teams by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout guest corridors, public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house locations during overnight operations.
• Perform deep cleaning projects in guest and public areas to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
• Assist with banquet and event room setup, room resets, and overnight conversions according to event specifications and Banquet Event Orders.
• Restock housekeeping closets, linen rooms, guest amenities, and operational supplies throughout the campus.
• Deliver rollaway beds, cribs, linens, and guest-request items promptly and professionally.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums, floor machines, carpet extractors, and other housekeeping equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and promptly report repair needs, safety concerns, or unusual conditions.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and debris while ensuring public spaces remain guest-ready for the following day.
• Follow all lost-and-found procedures, safety protocols, and Marriott brand standards.
• Support overnight guest requests with professionalism, urgency, and exceptional service.
• Partner with Front Desk, Night Audit, Engineering, and Housekeeping leadership to ensure seamless overnight operations and next-day readiness.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping, facilities, custodial, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remain productive during overnight shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to follow setup diagrams, work orders, and operational instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and guest-focused approach to service.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to support various departments as business needs require.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push or pull carts and equipment up to 250 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules.
