About the role
The Overnight Cook plays a vital role in keeping our kitchen running seamlessly around the clock. In this role, you’ll bring energy and precision to late-night and early-morning operations, preparing high-quality dishes, supporting ongoing service, and ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. With a strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and food safety, you’ll manage line cooking, prep work, and station upkeep with confidence and independence, helping set the tone for a successful day ahead.
What you will do
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and production needs
Set up stock and break down assigned cooking stations for overnight service
Complete overnight prep tasks including proteins vegetables sauces and batch items for upcoming shifts
Maintain proper food handling sanitation and storage practices at all times
Monitor food quality temperature and presentation during overnight service
Clean and sanitize workstations equipment and kitchen areas throughout the shift
Follow all health department safety and company policies
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory shortages equipment issues and overnight needs
Support morning transition by ensuring stations are organized labeled and ready for opening staff
What you bring
Previous experience as a cook or line cook preferred
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques knife skills and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable punctual and able to maintain focus during overnight shifts
The ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.
Valid Maricopa County food handler's card.

Shift Time 10:00pm - 6:30am
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
