Salary Range: $56,485.00 - $84,829.00 SalaryCo-Responder Program
Overnight - Mental Health Clinician
Greeley/Weld County
Overnight: Wednesday – Sunday - 10:00 pm - 8:30 am
This position is eligible for an additional $5,000.00 of add-on pay and appropriate shift differentials

Qualifications
About the Role: Co-Responder Program – Mental Health Clinician:
North Range has partnered with local police departments to create a Co-Responder program that pairs behavioral health professionals with law enforcement. As a Co-Responder Mental Health Clinician, you’ll work directly with the Greeley/Weld County officers to respond to mental health-related calls, helping de-escalate crises and connect individuals to the support they need. Your role will include assessments, treatment, and follow-up services for people facing mental health or substance use challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop safety plans, and provide mental health or substance use counseling.
- De-escalate crisis situations with clients within the community, including those at risk of self-harm, substance abuse, or homelessness.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners to ensure seamless care.
- Provide ongoing support, helping clients access resources like housing, medical care, and social services.
- Document services and ensure compliance with agency standards for billing and health records.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurability requirements.
- Successful competition of background, fingerprinting, and drug testing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Experience:
- No prior experience is required, though it’s preferred.
