Touching Hearts at Home – Sarasota/Charlotte

Touching Hearts at Home is hiring dependable, compassionate overnight caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes throughout Sarasota and Charlotte Counties.

We are specifically looking for caregivers who are available for overnight shifts and can provide attentive, reliable support throughout the night.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the client’s care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Overnight safety supervision and monitoring
• Assistance with toileting and bathroom needs
• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Fall-prevention support
• Repositioning and comfort assistance
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping related to the client
• Preparing simple meals or snacks
• Companionship and reassurance
• Documenting care and reporting changes or concerns

What We’re Looking For

• CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver
• Reliable overnight availability
• Compassionate, patient, and professional
• Dependable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance when required for assignments
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Reliable attendance and communication are essential

Schedule

Overnight shifts available

We are especially interested in applicants who can consistently work overnight hours, including weekday and/or weekend availability.

Service Area

Opportunities may be available throughout Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, including Venice, Sarasota, North Port, Englewood, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Nokomis, Osprey, and surrounding communities.
