Job Description

Job Location: WDI - Durham, NC 27705
Position Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $17.00 Hourly

We take pride in providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our guests! The Bell Person sets the tone for an outstanding experience from the moment the guests arrive at our hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests with enthusiasm, a smile, and the proper salutation.
- Assist guests entering/exiting vehicles by opening and closing vehicle doors, as well as entrances to hotel property.
- Prepare guests’ luggage and belongings to be delivered by assisting in the driveway and/or lobby areas.
- Utilize luggage tags to ensure proper luggage/belonging storage and/or delivery.
- Be knowledgeable about the Hotel facilities and events and local attractions; arrange transportation for guests as requested.
- Maintain a clear driveway/fire lane. Responsible for obtaining and securing all keys for vehicles temporarily parked in this area.
- Completely fill out valet tickets and secure keys to ensure the security of the guests’ vehicles, adhere to safety standards when valeting guest vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Hotel entrance and lobby area.

Qualifications
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver License.
- Developed English speaking skills with the ability to demonstrate professional communication with guests.
- Ability to carry/lift 50-100 pounds.
- Frequent bending, standing, stooping, etc. for long periods of time.
