About the role:

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Bell/Garage Attendant provides a memorable arrival experience and bids a fond farewell to our departing guests. As an Overnight Bell/Garage Attendant, you will play a vital role in welcoming and assisting guests during the overnight hours, ensuring their arrival and departure are seamless and exceptional.

What you will do

  • Greet arriving guests during overnight hours and assist with luggage handling and room escorting

  • Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and hotel entrance overnight

  • Deliver guest amenities and handle messages with accuracy and discretion

  • Support hotel security by monitoring guest areas and reporting unusual activity

  • Assist guests with transportation needs, directions, and overnight concierge requests

  • Coordinate luggage pulls for early morning departures and prepare for peak guest movement

  • Liaise with Front Office and Security teams to support smooth overnight operations

  • Uphold Four Seasons standards of service with professionalism and warmth

What you bring

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality or customer service role preferred

  • Valid Australian driver’s license

  • Physically able to lift and move luggage up to 23kg (50 lbs)

  • Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude

  • Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Must have a drivers license that allows you to drive in NSW and possess confidence in driving all types of vehicles
