About the role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an Overnight Bell Attendant to provide exceptional service and support to guests during overnight hours, helping ensure a seamless experience from arrival through departure. This guest-facing role combines luggage assistance, room escorts, resort transportation, and personalized hospitality, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on each guest's stay. What you will do

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout their stay.

  • Assist guests with luggage handling, room escorts, and transportation of belongings to and from guest rooms, storage areas, and the front drive.

  • Respond to guest inquiries, provide resort information and directions, and promptly address requests or concerns.

  • Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pickups while ensuring the safe handling of guest belongings.

  • Support Bell and Valet operations as needed and assist with guest services and special errands to enhance the overall guest experience.

What you bring

  • Previous guest service experience required, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.

  • Ability to safely lift and transport up to 100 lbs. and push carts weighing up to 200 lbs.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona's warm temperatures.

  • Strong team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and assist in different areas of the resort as needed.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Schedule & Hours

  • Full Time

  • Availability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
