
The Key Program is seeking full-time Overnight Awake Shift Workers in Greenfield, MA, for their residential programs, serving up to nine adolescents referred by the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF). The Shift Worker is responsible for the welfare of the children/youth in Key’s residential programs during the overnight hours (11pm – 7:30am). Shift Workers monitor clients, perform bed checks, and implement safety and security procedures.
