At Alstom, we build what millions depend on daily - rail transportation systems that can't afford to fail. We're more than 85,000 people worldwide creating the industry's most diverse portfolio: high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services and integrated systems.

More Than a Job: A Mission

We are seeking a passionate OCS Supervisor to lead the design, installation, and maintenance of overhead catenary systems. Join dedicated teams committed to delivering reliable rail solutions, where your expertise will drive operational excellence and shape the future of urban mobility.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Oversee scalable OCS installation and maintenance projects, ensuring robust system performance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate project delivery and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure reliability and safety standards are met through rigorous inspections and quality control.
  • Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and process improvements in OCS operations.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and mentor junior staff to build technical expertise across the team.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in rail infrastructure or OCS supervision.
  • Proficiency in OCS design, installation, and maintenance; strong understanding of rail safety standards.
  • Expertise in project management, technical troubleshooting, and system integration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to foster teamwork and accountability.

How Success Is Measured

  • On-time delivery of OCS projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Effective collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams.
  • Reduction in system defects and increased operational efficiency.

Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

  • Work with advanced rail technologies and contribute to Alstom’s strategic vision.
  • Make a global impact from our Eglinton office, connecting communities.
  • Advance your career through continuous learning and professional development.
Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
