Manage subject engines in the shop to achieve business requirements in terms of quality, cost, delivery and lead-time.
• Establish and develop working relationships within the Overhaul Base
• Evaluate and report service-run engine part conditions.
• Identify and analyse both engineering and commercial trends.
• Provide powerplant technical and quality assurance support to the shop and to Rolls-Royce Customer teams.
• Participate in engineering investigations as required.
• Ensure operational activity is compliant with business plans and policies and resolve deviations as necessary.
• Contribute across a range of functional activity, such as planning and logistics, risk management, supply chain management, load capacity planning, cost control/invoice management, customer/supplier relationship management.
