OutSystems Developer@ PEOPLE10

Experience: 3-4 years

Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

As part of a global enterprise tech team, you will contribute towards creating amazing enterprise applications. You will be exposed to the latest technology stacks and you will follow the industry's top coding best practices.You will work in a full stack agile team composed of Architects, Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, QA automators, and DevOps experts. You will report to the team manager.As a Senior Developer, you will have an accelerated growth path into Dev Lead, Tech lead and architecture, techno-functional or managerial career streams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using OutSystems ODC

• Understand and apply OutSystems best practices for architecture, performance, and security

• Build and consume REST APIs for system integrations

• Develop efficient server-side and client-side logic, considering performance and security implications

• Work with RDBMS for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning

• Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability by following established standards

• Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

• Take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues effectively

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems application development

• Practical experience with OutSystems ODC

• Strong understanding of server-side vs client-side development in OutSystems

• Hands-on experience with REST API integration

• Solid knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL

• Experience in following OutSystems best practices and coding standards

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Outsystems developer certification is a must.
