About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Outsourcing Management to join our Central Outsourcing Management team.
The Central Outsourcing Management team is The Second Line of Defense function and is responsible for: establishing the guidelines & standards, training & education, monitoring & controlling, and reporting to management. The successful candidate will have a direct hand in shaping the future of this function and contribute to the success of the overall organization.
The role is based in Berlin, and currently we operate in a hybrid work model.
In your next challenge you will:
Follow up on SLAs and KRI reporting across all business lines
Support operationally in keeping the Outsourcing Register up to date
Support in data gathering for reporting purposes
Support the monitoring of the regular performance evaluation of the departments based on defined KPIs and KRIs
Carry out 2nd level controls and sample testing
Support the setup of contingency plans as well as exit & termination strategies by the department and actively monitor any further need for action
Prepare and continuously update training materials
Be responsible for data extraction from various sources and creating data-driven reports
What You Need to Be Successful
Background
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or other relevant areas
Previous experience in Sourcing, Vendor Risk, Contract Management, Risk Management, or Outsourcing Management
Skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, and critical thinking, as well as the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
Strong communication skills
