Outside Territory Sales Rep – Industrial Equipment (Uncapped Commission)

Compensation: $45,000 / year

  • Prospect daily (15–20 touches)
  • Walk into facilities and identify operational gaps
  • Sell industrial equipment + automation solutions
  • Work directly with Operations Managers, Directors, Executives
  • Build ROI-driven proposals
  • Close long-cycle capital deal
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Drive real operational impact
  • Build their own book of business within 6–12 months
  • Turn first meetings into long-term accounts
  • Consistently grow income based on territory performance

🧲 YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3–5+ years in outside / field sales (B2B or industrial)
  • Experience selling equipment, services, or complex solutions
  • Confidence in cold outreach + walking into operations environments
  • Ability to connect technical conversations to business value
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Want control over your income
  • Prefer autonomy over micromanagement
