• Compensation: Paid training followed by commission-only ($100,000–$150,000/yr earning potential)

Are you a competitive, self-motivated salesperson who enjoys solving problems, building trust, and helping homeowners protect their homes? Cenvar is seeking Roofing Repair Sales Representatives to inspect roofing concerns, identify repair needs, present clear solutions, and close business. From leaks and damaged shingles to flashing issues and other roofing concerns, you will help homeowners understand the problem and choose an appropriate solution. Roofing experience is required. We are looking for strong communicators who take ownership, stay organized, and follow a proven sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to evaluate leaks, roof damage, and other roofing concerns.
• Safely inspect roofs, flashing, roof penetrations, and accessible attic areas to assess repair needs.
• Document findings with clear photos, measurements, and notes.
• Explain recommended repairs, present accurate estimates, address questions, and ask for the sale.
• Recognize when a roof may require replacement.
• Prepare clear scopes of work and communicate job details to the repair production team.
• Manage your calendar, sales pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and company vehicle.
