INDUSTRY: Event Rentals, Construction, Site/Waste Services

LOCATION: DFW Area (open to Abilene, Celina, McKinney, or Dallas)

CONTEXT: Our client is seeking a hunter-minded Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow accounts across construction, industrial, events, and related markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead → quote → close → follow-up.
• Conduct job walks/site visits and build tailored solutions.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and relationship management.
• Track pipeline and activity in CRM.
• Monitor market activity and identify new opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of new business development and closing.
• Experience in construction, rentals, logistics, or field services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Hunter mentality with strong prospecting discipline.
• Self-starter who can build and own a territory.
• Competitive, results-driven, and relationship-focused.
