Outside Sales Representative

Crown Linen Service, Nashua, NH

Crown Uniform & Linen Service has provided workplace apparel and linens for New England commercial, medical, educational, retail, and municipal customers for over 100 years. In addition, our Mats That Matter division offers a clean mat exchange system that ensures safe and clean workplace floors for customers and employees. We're seeking a full-time sales representative for several months in the field to demonstrate readiness to become the Team Leader for that division and, upon promotion, build a sales force.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced business-to-business (B2B) outside sales representative with drive, professional presence, proven success, and leadership. This individual seeks an established company known for quality, value, and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business-to-business (B2B) accounts.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building.
• Conduct in-person customer meetings and presentations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare proposals and close new business.
• Maintain organized pipeline activity.
• Build strong long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Relevant sales experience
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related major
• Coachable
• Strong prospecting and closing skills
• Self-motivated with high energy and urgency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Friendly, puts people at ease
• Comfortable meeting with decision-makers and business owners
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to lead, train, motivate, and supervise others
• Integrity, strong work ethic, organization, persistence, optimism
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet apps, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and good record
